Introduction

This DMCA notice is provided in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c). smartaiassets.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
To file a DMCA notice, please provide the following information as required under Title 17, U.S. Code, Section 512(c)(3):

Identification of Copyrighted Work
Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.

Identification of Infringing Material
Identify the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

Your Contact Information
Provide your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.Statement of Good FaithInclude a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Statement of Accuracy
Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Signature
Provide your physical or electronic signature.

Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or if you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information as required under Title 17, U.S. Code, Section 512(g)(3):

Your Identification
Provide your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Identification of Removed Material
Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

Statement of Good Faith
Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

Consent to Jurisdiction
Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.

Signature
Provide your physical or electronic signature.

Important Note
Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is infringing, you may wish to contact an attorney before filing a notification.
